
Return and Refund Policy
1. Production Time
All our products are made to order. The standard production time is 1.5 to 2 weeks, depending on the complexity of the design and current order volume. Estimated timeframes are provided at the time of order confirmation.
2. Shipping
We ship worldwide using reliable third-party courier services. All parcels come with a tracking number, which will be provided once the item is shipped. Delivery time depends on the destination country and is added on top of the production time.
3. Return Policy
We accept returns for:
Standard-size, non-customized items within 14 days of delivery.
Items (including custom orders) that arrive defective, damaged, or incorrect due to our error.
Returned items must be unused, unworn, in their original condition, and in original packaging.
4. Order Cancellation
Orders may be cancelled within 3 calendar days of placement, if production has not yet started. After this period or once production begins, cancellation is not possible.
5. Exceptions
Custom-made items are generally non-returnable under EU and Lithuanian consumer law, except in cases where the item is faulty or does not match the order due to our error.
6. Return Procedure
To initiate a return, contact us in writing within 14 days of receiving the item. Once the return is approved, we will provide instructions. Return shipping costs are covered by the customer.
7. Refunds
Once the return is approved and the item is received, a refund will be issued to the original payment method within 14 days. Shipping fees are non-refundable.
8. Business Clients
Return and refund conditions for business clients may differ and are arranged individually. Please contact us or refer to the commercial agreement for details.
