
Returns & Refunds policy
1. Production Time
All our items are made-to-order. Standard production time ranges from 1.5 to 2 weeks, depending on the complexity of the design and order volume. Estimated timelines are provided at confirmation.
2.Shipping and Delivery
We ship worldwide using reputable third-party couriers. All shipments include tracking numbers, which will be provided once dispatched. Delivery times vary by destination and are in addition to production time.
3. Return Policy
We accept returns for:
-Standard-size, non-customized items, within 14 days of delivery.
-Items (including custom-made) with defects, damages, or errors caused by Stalusso.
-Items must be unused, unworn, and in original condition and packaging.
4. Order Cancellations
Orders may be canceled within 3 calendar days of placement, provided production has not started. After this period or once production begins, cancellations are not accepted.
5. Exclusions
Custom-made items are generally non-returnable under EU and Lithuanian consumer protection laws, unless defective or incorrect due to our error.
6. Return Procedure
To initiate a return, contact us in writing within 14 days of receiving your item. Approved returns will be provided with instructions. Return shipping costs are the customer's responsibility.
7. Refunds
Refunds for approved returns will be issued to the original payment method within 14 days of item receipt and inspection. Shipping fees are non-refundable.
8. Business Customers
Return and refund policies for business clients may differ, and are handled on a case-by-case basis. Please refer to your commercial agreement or contact us directly.
